  • Fan Center
  • Transformer
  • Blower Belt
  • Condensate Pump
  • Standard Thermostat
  • Thermostat Sub-base
  • Blower Motor (max 1/3 hp)

Check-Up, Plus Parts Plan "I" Coverage, Plus
Necessary replacement of the following outdoor condensing Unit parts with no charge for said material.

  • Contactor
  • Capacitors
  • Transformer
  • Condensing Fan
  • Condensing Fan Motor

Paid Service Agreements will receive priority scheduling over non-agreement customers.
