We are open and serving our customers!

• We will continue to make Bioheat® fuel deliveries to all our customers. If you are not an automatic delivery customer, you can request a fuel delivery online.
• Please limit service call requests to no-heat emergencies or severe equipment issues, so we can be sure to get to all customers who need immediate help. For emergency service, please call 800-262-6462.
• We will continue to provide regular service calls with limited social interaction.
• For everyone's safety, we ask that you please keep a safe distance, at least 6 feet, from our technicians when they are on your property.
• Our offices will be staffed but closed to the public. You may still drop your payments in the box in the vestibule, call, or make your payment online.
• Our associates have been instructed to stay home if they feel ill or anyone in their household has a fever. If anyone in your home is sick or has tested positive for COVID-19, please inform us before we send a technician to your home.
• Our associates have been instructed to protect themselves. Please understand and comply with any requests or questions they ask of you.
