Enrolling in a budget plan, scheduling annual tune-ups, and practicing energy conservation are all excellent ways to reduce your energy costs, but for maximum protection and added savings, you need to enroll in a service plan!
Just like our heating equipment options, our service plans aren’t one-size fits all. That’s why we offer three different plans to choose from depending on your preferred coverage and spending budget.
Test and Tune-Up Plan:
This plan is exactly what it sounds like! It includes your annual heating tune-up and equipment testing. During the source of their service, a Coan Heating & Cooling technician will:
- Clean boiler or furnace
- Test draft
- Check for exhaust leaks
- Clean or replace oil nozzle
- Lubricate all moving parts
- Perform carbon dioxide test.
- Take exhaust reading
- And so much more!
Annual maintenance tune-ups will improve your fuel efficiency and boost the health of your heating system!
Parts Plan:
The Parts Plan includes your annual tune-up and covers the cost of replacement on a number of vital components to your heating system. While your parts are covered, any labor would be completed at the current Coan labor rates, except for the required labor of the test and tune-up. Covered parts include:
- Aquastat
- Air Filters
- Blow bearings, belts, and pulleys
- Burner fan, head, and motor
- Fuel Pump
- Smoke pipe
- And many more!
Parts & Labor Plan:
Get all the benefits of the previous two plans without paying for the travel time or labor required to replace, repair, or adjust a covered part during regular service hours. You also receive the benefit of no-charge emergency service (no heat or severe leaks) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Parts Plan and Part & Labor Plans also allow you to add inexpensive coverage for your domestic water heater (direct-fired oil water heater).
