To protect the health of our customers, our staff and our community, we are making the following changes to our operations, effective immediately.
We are providing full heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair services, including emergency service calls, heating system tests and tune-ups, air conditioning check-ups, in-home consultations for new equipment installations, and more.
We will continue to provide regular service calls with limited social interaction.
For everyone's safety, we ask that you please keep a safe distance, at least 6 feet, from our technicians when they are on your property.
Our offices will be staffed but closed to the public. You may still drop your payments in the box in the vestibule, call, or make your payment online.
Our associates have been instructed to stay home if they feel ill or anyone in their household has a fever. If anyone in your home is sick or has tested positive for COVID-19, please inform us before we send a technician to your home.
Our associates have been instructed to protect themselves. Please understand and comply with any requests or questions they ask of you.
We hope you and your family and friends remain healthy. Together, we can get through this temporary crisis as safely and comfortably as possible.

Attention Coan Customers!
We are in the process of updating our computer system, and while we expect a smooth transition, we wanted to make you aware of a few important changes.
You have a new account number, which is simply your old account number without the letter at the end. For example, if your account number was 7500X, then your new account number is 7500.
If you make payments with your online banking system, we request that you update your Coan account number before you make your next payment.
If you make payments via credit card, we will once again need you to provide us with your credit card information. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for security purposes, we do not retain customer credit card information.
