Hopefully, you’re already enrolled in one of Coan Heating & Cooling’s air conditioning service plans – we have three of them! – because if you are, your AC check-up is included! (If you’re not enrolled, contact us now to enjoy the protection and peace of mind our service plans offer.)
Our A/C check-up includes the following steps:
- Test: air flow, pressures, temps, and electrical controls
- Check: refrigerant levels
- Check and clean: condensate pump and drain
- Replace: air filter: (standard 1" only) – one change per year
If, during your check-up, our technician notices a small problem, you can be sure that it will be fixed before it becomes a big problem!
